The Most Popular Pizzas in America

Pizza app Slice put out a list of the most popular pizza in each U.S. state and there were some surprises.

1. Veggie is the most popular type of pizza in California. I know people associate veggie stuff with the state, but this was a total shocker for me. Veggie was also the choice pie in Washington, Montana, Idaho, Mississippi, Vermont, and Nebraska.
2. On the flip side of things, Meat Lover’s pizza was the favorite in just one state (North Carolina)
3. Hawaiian pizza is the most popular in four states (Oregon, North Dakota, Missouri, and Ohio), but NOT in Hawaii. They love thin crust there.
